Paving is a common way of creating bespoke and attractive spaces in your garden. Hard wearing and durable, paving offers an ideal way of providing spaces for eating or socialising, or it can simply be used as a low maintenance replacement for grass. Paving is also ideal for providing access to different areas of your garden, and is perfect for use if you’ve got a gated side alley with your home, or for creating a path across your lawn.
Garden paving comes in a wide range of designs and types of stone. Whether you choose marble, granite, limestone, slate, or sandstone, there is bound to be a kind of stone to fit your needs. Garden paving can also be found in vitrified tile, which is a kind of very robust porcelain tile suitable for outdoor use. When considering your paving options, be sure to speak to a variety of companies and manufacturers to ensure that you find the perfect style for your garden. Also consider using a differing style for detailing or edging, and choose a pattern that accentuates your space and draws attention to any features you want to showcase.
Laying paving is a relatively easy task, but it will require a foundation to be laid that is level and capable of supporting the weight of the paving as well as of any furniture you would like to have on top of the paving.

Driffield lies on the A614, A166 and B1249, and on the Yorkshire Coast railroad from Scarborough to Hull. It is found next to Little Driffield, where King Aldfrith of Northumbria was reputedly buried, and it is also quite close to Nafferton, Hutton Cranswick and Wansford. In accordance with the 2011 Census, Driffield has a permanent population of 13080, suggesting an escalation on the 2001 Census amount of 11477. The town includes a small community hospital, small fire station, police and ambulance stations, various churches, with the largest being All Saints’ Parish Church, whose bells were brought back for the millennium, and a relatively small high street. There is also an area of parkland beside the parish church alongside the stream, Driffield Beck, that runs roughly parallel to the high street.
