Interested in having fencing installed in Merton? Using the My Fencing Prices service you are able to do a comparison of as many as four fencing installers in order to get the best deal available for the job you want.
Fencing is really important for all households whether it’s the front or back garden. From repair work to a total installation of new fencing, employing a reputable company is highly encouraged to get the very best price available.
Fencing act as a perimeter to our properties and with an installation you’ll add more security to your property and stop easy access to the back garden. Back garden fences are traditionally close to six feet high, which straight away makes it harder for intruders to gain access.
Decorative fencing or wooden picket fencing are often most suited for the front garden, where security isn’t as paramount. Instead, you’re more likely to opt for a front garden fence particularly for design in order to add something different.
For whatever kind of fencing you’re looking to have installed, make sure you use our totally free and no obligation service to get the best deal available in Merton.

The London Borough of Merton is a borough in south-west London, England. The borough was formed under the London Government Act 1963 in 1965 by the merger of the Municipal Borough of Mitcham, the Municipal Borough of Wimbledon and also the Merton and Morden Urban District, all formerly inside Surrey. The borough derives its name from the historic parish of Merton, which was centred around the location now referred to as South Wimbledon. The local authority is Merton London Borough Council.
Based on population estimates made in the middle of 2014, the borough includes a permanent population of about 203515 people. Merton is served by a wide selection of National Rail stations across the borough, as well as the southern tip of the London Underground’s Northern line as well as the District line on the Wimbledon branch. It’s the only London Borough which has tube, rail and tram services.
The primary industrial centres in Merton are Mitcham, Morden and Wimbledon, of which Wimbledon is the biggest. Other smaller sized centres include Raynes Park, Colliers Wood, South Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park and Pollards Hill. Every year, Wimbledon, one of the four tennis Grand Slam tournaments, takes place at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Church Road Wimbledon. The event happens over a fortnight at the end of June and start of July and it is the largest annual sporting occasion to take place in the UK, attracting over 200000 guests through the Wimbledon fortnight.
