Paving is a popular way of designing bespoke and beautiful spaces in your garden. Hard wearing and tough, paving offers a great way of providing spaces for dining or socialising, or it can simply be used as a low maintenance alternative to grass. Paving is also ideal for providing access to different areas of your garden, and is perfect for use if you’ve got a gated side alley with your home, or for creating a path across your lawn.
Garden paving comes in numerous styles and types of stone. Whether you select marble, granite, limestone, slate, or sandstone, there will be a type of stone to suit your needs. Garden paving can also be found in vitrified tile, which is a type of very hard wearing porcelain tile suited to outdoor use. When selecting your paving options, make sure to speak to several companies and manufacturers to make sure that you select the perfect style for your garden. Also consider using a differing style for detailing or edging, and choose a pattern that accentuates your space and draws focus on any features you want to highlight.
Laying paving is a relatively easy project, but it will require a base to be laid that is level and capable of supporting the weight of the paving as well as of any furniture you want to have on top of the paving.

Chertsey is a town in the Runnymede borough of the English county of Surrey. It is located on the right bank of the River Thames exactly where it meets a corollary, the Abbey River and a tributary, the River Bourne. In line with the 2011 Census, the town features a population of around 15967. Being within a narrow projection of the Greater London Urban Area, encompassed by the Thames along with the M25, as well as possessing a branch line railway, travelling 29 miles to central London is made fairly straightforward for the town’s residents, making Chertsey a commuter town. The town is home to quite a few historic landmarks. Chertsey’s built-up area comprises the mediaeval tower and chancel roof of its Anglican church, a sizeable curfew bell, and listed buildings going back the eighteenth century, which include the local pedestrian bridge and Botleys Mansion. Surrounding the landmarks are numerous independent and commercial chain businesses, providing a wide variety of hotels, cafes, gift shops, public houses and restaurants, in addition to a church and a museum. The museum hosts the Black Cherry Fair every year, which contains live music performances and refreshments in the museum garden. Because of the large amounts of open field and green spaces within the town, additional entertainment is provided for residents by the sports and playing fields, the Thames Path National Trail, Chertsey Meads and a round knoll referred to as St. Ann’s Hill. A specifically desirable amusement for residents and guests is Thorpe Park, a theme park attached to the town by a regular bus service and Chertsey station. For all of your house upgrades, ensure that that you use trustworthy professionals in Chertsey to ensure that you get the best quality.
