While its value as an element of garden design is often neglected, fencing is an essential part of both the aesthetics and useability of your garden. Garden fencing is likely to differ between the front and rear of properties, with higher and more substantial wood fencing generally being used in the rear garden, while the front of the property typically employs smaller sized and more attractive fencing. Fencing for the front of the home tends to have a low height and large spaces between the wooden slats. It is also often coloured to improve its decorative effect.
Fencing in the back garden is typically used for privacy and to maintain the boundaries of a garden, as well as to keep pets or other small animals or wildlife either in or out. For this reason, these types of fences are around 6 feet high and use wooden slats without gaps in between. Due to the additional height, these fences commonly have concrete footings laid in between each panel to provide security and stop the fence from blowing over or being destroyed in bad weather.
Garden fencing panels are generally constructed from wood. The posts in between the sections are produced from either timber, stone, or concrete. More recently, fence panels have started to be constructed from heavily recycled and sustainable composite materials such as recycled bamboo.

Haverhill is a market town and civil parish in the county of Suffolk. It is situated on the borders of Essex and Cambridgeshire, being located 14 miles south-east of Cambridgeshire and 47 miles north-east of central London. The town centre lies at the base of a dip in the chalk hills of the Newmarket Ridge, and the Stour Brook, which eventually joins the River Stour away from the town, passes through Haverhill. It is the 2nd biggest town in the Borough of St. Edmundsbury, with a population of 27041. Despite the fact that the town is surrounded by arable land, the economy is dominated by industry, due to the large industrial estate and a business park containing multiple production companies in the south of the town. It is also home to scientific firms and multiple waste processing, transportation and construction firms. As a result of planning reviews undertaken in 1956 and 1962, targeting to relocate families from London who had lost their homes during World War II, Haverhill has gradually expanded in the post-war period, with a swift threefold rise in population from the population of 5446 in 1962. Haverhill is referred to as a modern and young town. It has 2 Non-League football clubs, Haverhill Rovers F. C. and Haverhill Borough F. C., a baseball team, and different sporting activities are offered at a leisure centre featuring a swimming pool, a gym and a children’s soft play area. Along with selecting from a number of independent and chain stores for completing shopping, a weekly market is run in the town every Saturday, which dates back to 1086. For all your home upgrades, make sure to make use of trusted professionals in Haverhill to make certain of quality.
